LUVA Training Strengthens Project Delivery
This October, engineers from LUVA’s Delivery Department conducted a series of internal training sessions for employees across the company. The program aimed to build a clearer understanding of LUVA’s business, project execution and site operations, helping each department identify how it can contribute to successful project delivery. The training covered five key areas: the full EPCM/EPC project life cycle; core equipment, systems and process principles in chemical projects; site installation, commissioning and delivery planning; project acceptance and the development of reference plants; and project management methods and tools.
